With a dream in 1998, Mi-cook came to China from South Korea with advanced, independently developed and innovative meat processing equipment and technology, first settled in Beijing, and established a food machinery company in cooperation with Capital Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. In order to pursue a more flexible market operation mechanism and better and faster development, it moved from Beijing to Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province in 2000, and established Jiangsu Mi-Cook Food Machinery Co., Ltd.
Mi-cook relies on its independent research and development ability to manufacture meat food processing equipment with advanced technological performance, establishes a brand image with independent intellectual property rights in China's meat food processing industry with good service, and creates a number of achievements. China's first energy-saving and emission-reducing smoker, the first intelligent pork, poultry, beef and mutton segmentation production line, impulse steaming oven, double spiral steaming oven, pasteurizer, oil-saving fryer There are 5 series of more than 60 types of advanced food processing equipment. 56 patent applications, including 15 invention patents.
For more than 20 years, Mi-Cook has won widely recognition and trust from customers. It has sold 187 cutting lines, with an output of 120 million pigs/year; 38 tunnels and spiral roasters; 168 smoked furnaces; 70 fryers; 2 skinless sausage production lines; 22 sets of coating equipment; 20 sets of the 2nd pasteurizers; more than 100 sets of other equipments.
