The Mi-Cook lifting system adopts an electric method, and all parts including the cover, mesh belt and heating tube are lifted and lowered electrically, making it easier for the operator to clean and maintain
For coated products, special track conveyor belts replace traditional high-cost Teflon-plated conveyor belts that are regularly replaced
Two sets of scrapers effectively remove impurities in the oil. Paper filter or screen filter can be installed according to customer needs. The independent external vertical filter of Mi-Cook can be used for coated products such as popcorn chicken. The whole frying system is made of stainless steel. Oil circulation system can be installed according to customer needs
- The standard configuration of the track conveyor belt can be widely used in most products
- Low power density heating tube keeps the oil temperature below 180℃ to slow down the rancidity of the oil
