There are more and more products coated with raw breadcrumbs on the market. Bread crumbs containing more than 35% moisture content are raw bread crumbs.

During the coating process, the circulating bread crumbs are transferred gently, so that the crushing of the bread crumbs is less. The antibacterial sanitary belt approved by the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Japan is adopted, and the star-shaped roller device can cope with changes in the size of the product and breadcrumbs.
The special roller compacts the bread crumbs scattered on the surface of the product, so that the effect of the bran coating is better.
The excess bran can be blown off by the fan, and its speed and air volume can be easily adjusted.
