Coating line

①Bran feeding machine

Powder coating machines, which is applicable to all raw powder, including raw powder (more than 35% moisture content), dry powder, fine powder, seasoning powder, etc. Bracket device provides convenience for conveyor belt’s loading and unloading

②Sprinkler

Suitable for high-viscosity slurries or seasoning slurries. The product passed horizontally and it will not disrupt the product arrangement. Simultaneous sizing of the surface and back of the product through a circulating pump.

③Dry powder coating machine

It is suitable for coating of fine powder, dry powder and fine dry powder (about 25% water content). The outlet conveyor can be disassembled to improve sanitation and cleaning. The powder is conveyed through the funnel to reduce the friction of the powder.

④Submarine slurry machine

A representative model suitable for low-viscosity slurries. More commonly used models with stable performance.

⑤Pre-powder machine

Suitable for fine flour, Tang Yang's coating, etc. The two coating and turning devices also have a better coating effect on irregular products (such as bone-in chicken breast).
