The self-stacking spiral quick-freezer can quick-freeze any products that can be delivered by the mesh belt, and achieve higher quality and safety for your food, such as poultry, dumplings, cut meat, prepared food, baked products, aquatic products and meal preparation, etc. In addition, light and spherical products can be safely transported to the product quick-freezing area through the quick-freezer conveyor belt without being blown away by air.
The self-stacking spiral refrigerator adopts sturdy interlocking self-stacking stainless steel mesh belt and self-supporting side chain plates, and forms a special enclosed quick-freezing area through the circulation of cold airflow. Self-stacking mesh belts are stacked on the ball chain drive system to be driven to form a circulating loop to work, which can achieve greater output with a smaller size.
